Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman has fully cleared the concussion protocol and can resume practicing with the team, head coach Dan Quinn said Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Freeman suffered the injury during practice two weeks ago and didn't suit up for the team's last two preseason games.

The Falcons will hope Freeman can stay healthy from here on out after signing him to a lucrative five-year deal reportedly worth $41.25 million earlier this offseason.
