Cowboys, Jerry Jones take knee with arms linked before MNF anthem
The Dallas Cowboys joined most of the NFL by showing a display of team unity ahead of Monday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cowboys, along with owner Jerry Jones and front-office staff, took a knee while linking arms prior to the anthem at midfield and then stood together while singer Jordin Sparks performed the song.

Despite the Cowboys not kneeling during the anthem, some fans still rained boos upon both teams.
The Cardinals, including team president Michael Bidwell, also stood at their goal line with arms locked during the anthem.
Jason Witten confirmed before the game that the team had a meeting to discuss a protest that was as "passionate as you would expect it to be" after it was reported that some Cowboys players wanted to make a demonstration.
Prior to Monday night, no Cowboys players had partaken in protests during the anthem.
Jones told the Cowboys' pregame radio show that he was pleased with how the team handled the first two weeks of the season and that he would not comment on Monday night's actions, according to Kate Hairopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.
