Michael Jordan spoke out Monday about racial tensions in the United States, stating that he "can no longer stay silent" on the issue, and pledging $2 million to two charities to help improve relations between police and communities.

His comments made headlines in countries around the world, including Malawi, where one newspaper apparently used the Crying Jordan photo for the story.

Crying Jordan is never going away.
