Watch: Bautista sends well-wishes to young fan battling cancer

Jose Bautista had a special message Thursday for a special fan.

While at a recent celebrity golf tournament, the Toronto Blue Jays' iconic slugger was asked by friend Jon Butt to send a birthday greeting to seven-year-old Nevaeh Devine from Newfoundland. The message is especially heartwarming as Nevaeh is currently battling neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer, for the second time in her young life.

Nevaeh made news in 2015 with her own touching gesture when she opened a lemonade stand to raise $40,000 for other children fighting cancer.
