The NCAA has issued a notice of allegations that detail three potential level II violations at Oklahoma State, according to ESPN's Brett McMurphy.

A level II violation is deemed by the NCAA as a significant breach of conduct

Examples of a level II violation include: failure to monitor, systemic violations that do not amount to a lack of institutional control, and multiple recruiting, financial aid, or eligibility violations that do not amount to a lack of institutional control, amongst others.
