Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love kicked up some controversy on Sunday as he was pictured visiting various parts of Boston.

In particular, his meeting with Celtics guard Rajon Rondo lit Twitter ablaze with speculation.

As it turned out, the speculation was much ado about nothing. Rondo was asked about his meeting with Love on Sunday, to which he said, "I talked to Kevin for about 39 seconds. It wasn't too long. We didn't talk a lot."

He went on to elaborate:

When I saw Kevin, I spoke to him. I wished him good luck here -- his time in Boston. He spent a couple days here in Boston. I told him I was spending a couple months here in Boston.

Like Rondo, Love is also an All-Star with just one year left on his contract. Love has reportedly informed the 'Wolves that he plans to opt out and test free-agency in 2015, which has sparked a feeding frenzy around the forward.

The Celtics are rumored to be among Love's main suitors. According to a report from Sean Deveny of The Sporting News, acquiring Love is the Celtics' main priority at the moment.

The 25-year-old Love averaged 26.1 points, 12.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game this past season with the Timberwolves.
